This image was
generated as part of the W4995 Programming and Problem Solving class of
Fall 2000. Pixel colors were converted into voter preferences, and
the resulting voter distribution was processed. The idea was to gerrymander
the voters into districts that favor a particular party. See the
class web page for more details.
