Art Werschulz
I am a Professor emeritus of Computer Science at Fordham University (Fordham
College at Lincoln Center, to be precise). I am also an Adjunct Senior
Research Scientist in the Columbia
University Computer Science Department.
I do work in information-based
complexity. I'm also on the Editorial
Board of the Journal of Complexity. My
special interests include the following:
- Complexity of partial differential equations.
- Complexity of integral equations.
- Complexity of ill-posed problems.
Some of my more recent publications are available online. I am also the coauthor (with J. F. Traub) of
Complexity and Information, published by Cambridge University Press
as part of the series Lezioni Lincee, Academia Nazionale dei Lincei.
