A camera station is a fixed position and orientation in 3D world coordinates where the camera is positioned to capture an image. It is graphically depicted in the main viewer as a small, grey camera.
When you load the calibration module, you will be prompted to select a camera station where you will capture the image of the calibration plate. You should choose a station from the several precomputed stations represented in the main viewer by entering its number in the message line at the bottom of the main window when prompted to do so.
Once a camera station is selected, the robot holding the camera will move to the station, and an image will be captured and displayed on the screen. The next step is to identify the calibration points in the image. Select the "Identifying the Calibration Points" entry from the list of help topics for more information.
