1. 6/27/2005 Final Exam Review Page has been posted.
2. 6/25/2005 If you need to copy the included code to cunix, you can type:
   cp ~gmw51/cs1003/mathreader.* .
   Don't forget the trailing period when typing the above.
3. 6/22/2005 Everyone has been granted one extra late day! You may use as many late days as you need for Homework 3.
4. 6/20/2005 I will hold office hours in 825 Mudd or 834 Mudd on Sunday, June 26th from 2pm until 3pm. You may also schedule appointments around that time (before or after) or on earlier days if you want. Friday may be difficult for me.
5. 6/8/05 For quick way to copy the required homework files into your cunix directory, try typing the following while located in the same directory as your homework files:
   cp ~gmw51/cs1003/randomcard.* .
   remember to include the trailing period.
6. 6/7/05 I will hold office hours this week from 6:30pm until 7:30pm on Friday, June 10th and again on Sunday, June 12th from 11am until noon.
7. 6/2/05 I will be holding office hours in 825 Mudd (Today, Thursday June 2nd) from 6:30 until 8:30. If you want to schedule an appointment for a different time, I will be difficult to reach Friday afternoon, but will be available Friday after class or during the weekend.
8. 5/26/05 To complete question 1 of homework 1, you may need additional reference on printf. You can read any of the examples in the books or turn to Internet resources.
9. 4/29/05 Welcome. Please read through the course overview, but don't purchase any materials as this is subject to change until the start of the course. In addition, it is also a good idea to look into creating your CUNIX account (might already be done). AcIS also has a Quick UNIX Guide available. Feel free to experiment from home or from on campus facilities. Please take a look at the Columbia computing resources to become familiar with your cunix account. More links will be posted for Friday.
