Enhancements

• User Preferences - the user should be able to configure menu options
• Support for multiple email accounts - the user should be able to choose among email accounts
• User Configuration - the user should be able to add/delete/modify email accounts and addresses in the addressbook
• Alternate JSP templates could be used that include pre-recorded audio prompts
