RRPMoncommand.exe - A RTP command-line quality monitor.

Binary and source "beta" distribution are available now. The code runs under Windows 2000/XP.
A command-line version RTP Monitor. This monitor communicates with the NDIS intermediate RTP driver and gets quality information from the driver.
Start: Press 'S' to start or continue monitoring the RTCP packet
Stop Press 'S' after the monitor has been started to stop monitoring the RTCP packet.
Exit: Press 'ESC' to exit the program
Color of lines
Green: Indicate that the current traffic quality is good. (The fraction is below 10%)
Yellow: Indicate that the current traffic quality is ok. (The fraction is between 10% and 30%)
Red: Indicate that the current traffic quality is bad. (The fraction is higher than 30%)
White: The monitor can't gather enough information to tell about the traffic quality.
