Studying a foreign language is much more than
just learning lexicon and grammar; it involves acquiring somehow a feeling
for the culture of the nation that speaks that language. For this reason,
I normally only study languages of cultures I am interested in studying or
understanding a little better. In a sense, it is my way to show respect
for that particular nation.
For that reason, I have put together a
French page and a Chinese page, the lastest two languages I have
been studying.
