• People will do their own pairings, maybe with yahoo calendar, maybe not.
• We pack people into rooms roughly based on level (ok to have some intermediates in rooms mostly full of advanced). We should be sure there are both proxies and UAs in the rooms.
• We have a separate scenario room aka command post, used when we run advanced tests. Folks will bring their stuff in there, and we try it out there. Avoids shouting and keeps it focused.
• TPC sits in command post to be reachable for questions and spec comments.
