Copy CallAnnouncement.jar and VisualCallerID.jar files into 
an accessible web directory.
Install these application (.jar files) from browser interface
to the Pingtel phone.

In order to rebuild these applications, run makeit.bat file in
"Samples\CallAnnouncement\" and "Samples\VisualCallerID\"

Make sure that JDK_ROOT is set correctly in "C:\autoexec.bat"
For example, write "SET JDK_ROOT=C:\jdk1.3" in autoexec.bat file.
