Final Paper and Presentation
Due December 20—and if possible, an earlier submission of the paper would be appreciated.
Ground rules for presentations:
- The total time for the evening is 170 minutes. There will be a 10 minute break after the third presentation.
- There will be 25 minutes for each presentation. Plan on 18–20 minutes of talking, plus 5–7 minute of Q&A.
- You don't have to use slides. If you do:
- Please get them to Prof. Bellovin by 5:00 on December 20. All slides will be presented from a single laptop
- If possible, format them for a 16x9 screen
- Powerpoint, Keynote, and PDF are acceptable.
- If you prepare them on a Windows box or via a Google shared doc, if possible try them out on a Mac first—the font sizes are a bit different, and slides don't always display the same way
- If possible, be there in person. That said, there has been exactly one class all semester where everyone could make it in person. If you have to participate remotely, let us know as soon as possible, so that we can reserve and set up the Owl mic.
