I personally do not collect any information about what you do on my part of the Computer Science Department web site. I don't even know how many people visit it.
That said, my pages—https://www.cs.columbia.edu/~smb—are part of the Department's web site, so you want to see the Computer Science Department's privacy policy and cookie policy. I cannot see any browsing data. I could, in principle, collect things like cookies or IP addresses, but I do not. Other than the embedded maps described in the next paragraph, my pages are entirely static.
All that said, many of the New York City Photography pages contain embedded Bing Maps; please see Microsoft's privacy policy. (Also see the Bing Terms of Use.) I selected Bing because I felt it more privacy-protective than alternatives.
