Monday March 12th 2012
The interchurch Center, 475 Riverside Drive, Room C&D on the first floor. NYC 10115. The building has two entrances, one on Riverside Drive, and the other on Claremont Ave. In either case you need to sign in when coming into the building. Your names will be at the front desk. The building is at the intersection of 120th st. and Claremont Ave. It is across Claremont Ave from Barnard College and across 120th St from the Riverside Church. I recommend you take the #1 subway train to 116th st. Columbia University. You will get out on Broadway Ave. Walk up 4 blocks to 120th st. then make a left (west toward the river), Claremont is one block toward the Hudson river.
Tuesday March 13th 2012
March 13th, The Interschool Laboratory, Room 750 in the CEPSR building. It is a different location from March 12th. The building entrance is on 120th Street. It is between Broadway Ave and Amsterdam Ave. It is the 3rd gateway from broadway. You take the elevator to the 4th floor and then take another elevator up to the 7th floor. We will have signs posted all over the place. You may enter the building from within campus. If you use the campus entrance, you will already be on the 4th floor. Time
Both days the program starts at 9am. We will be serving breakfast food at 8:30 and setting up.
Remote Access
We will use webex (check
www.webex.com). You need to make sure your computer have Java installed. It is free. We will send you the link on Monday. By clicking it, a web-based window will pop up, and it is very similar to skype conference call.
